Greystones South Beach, Co. Wicklow

#1 Post by Senor Feeshy »

People:
Me and a bird
Duration:
8:45-10:30
Tide:
HW at 21:40
Weather:
Flat calm
Bait:
Lug, rag and razor
Rigs:
2 hook flapper
Results:

2 tonne weedfish x 10

Report:

This is meant more as a warning than a report. The mark is pretty much unfishable. In close, out far, there was no escaping the stuff. Considering the conditions were so calm I wouldn't expect it to clear anytime soon. On a plus side there was plenty of jumpers after the flies. Spinning a few mepps might not be a bad idea ;)
