The Causeway Lass 18/08/10

My mate and I went on a shark on board the causeway lass out of Portrush. There where a few other anglers on the trip also and two of the guys where also on the forum Der Baron and Fishyfingers .We started with the normal tactics of catch some mac as bait. After baiting up or rigs we started bring in Cod/Ling/Gurnards/Dogs/Coal fish and one guy got a bull huss .the only down side of the trip was no sharks but it was a good days fishing and it was nice to meet a few of the guys from here.

well done, ive still not been out on the boat this year, being very lazy

Yes Big Al a good day despite the promise of a tope. My young lad really enjoyed himself despite having a few upchucks over the side. Says he's still keen to go again, but I promised to fill him we seasick tabs before we get on the boat!
