i was wondering if any one has used this service yet last week i ordered 50 live peeler crab for delivery on the 19 august and guess what they didnt arrive im not impressed and now wondering if they will refund my money as quick as they took it from my account has any one else tried them and what s your thoughts on online baits

i ordered from online baits.uk i emailed that nite to get a refund and a few hours later i got an email back saying that their delivery of crabs was late getting to them and i would recieve the peelers the next day by mid day they did indeed turn up on time and out of 50 crabs i found 2 dead the rest were first class and i will be using this service again
