People:me n conor

Duration:6.30pm-10.15

Tide:rising to full

Weather:clear but windy

Bait:spinners

Rigs:german baits

Results:me-2 bass.. conor 1 bass n small pollack
Arrived at the mark at 6.15 just as the tide was starting to rise.. the wind was strong enough but was in our favour blowing from our backs so we were getting a good cast if we needed it.. conor had the first bass of the session.. around 3 n half pound.. unfortunately didnt get a pic of his cause i was up to my chest in water.. shortly after i had a take.. a good fight from a fish about 2 pound.. returned it home to fight another day.. i went quite then for a while n then got another hit as darkness started to set in.. weighing in at 3 n half pound i was delighted.. n then conor had a small knock on his spinner n caught a small pollack.. a good nights fishing for us but lost a load of spinners to the rocks.. worth it tho

well done lads. I was in Wexford two weeks ago and didnt catch any, where were you fishing? I tried Kilmicheal point and north Courtown as I was staying near there. I did catch small smoothies but that was all. I think the company of seals and porpoise's didnt help.

The two best times to fish is when it's rainin' and when it ain't.
