Boat charter in Clare or Galway

I'm heading to North Clare for a week at the end of August. We'll be about an hour's drive from Galway. Can anyone recommend a boat charter that will take two people for a day or half day's sea fishing?

Is it also possible to hire a boat yourself from somewhere?
