Fished with a couple of Pals from 2pm - 4pm. Couple of nice Pollack on Hokkai's, 1 around 4-5lbs mark. Nothing else, appeared to be very few fish about, fishing from about 1hr after high tide down.
No sign of any makerel (hoping to catch soome bait for evening session). Expected better given it was cloudy and the marks reputation. Watchin a couple of nets being set close inshore didn't inspire any confidence though!

Could it have been reported??
I'm not sure what you witnessed was legal or illegal as I'm not sure what classifies each. However, one thing I'm sure of is my concern for such activities. Could you have reported this?
