Ballyhealy/Toberpatrick, Wexford, August 1st/2nd

#1 Post by jd »

People: Me

Duration: Sunday 8pm - 11pm Ballyhealy, Monday 4pm-7.30 pm Toberpatrick

Tide: In about 10pm Saturday,

Weather: Wester wind, mild

Bait: Lug/Rag/Crab

Rigs: Flounder rigs, 2 hook clipped

Results: Flounder, dabs, weavers, hounds

Report: Managed to get out for 2 short sessions while down visiting the folks. Ballyhealy produced a stream of flounder but nothing else. Fishing was slow in Toberpatrick, flounders, weavers and dabs . I then got a pup hound, followed straight afterwards by a bigger fish. Then time to go, hopefully I'll get some proper night sessions in soon.
