People: Me and Trojan

Weather:very nice
Bait:crab, sandeel, rag and squid.
Rigs:flappers and pennels
Results: 3 Hounds 1 pup and Gurnard
Report: Arrived down the weather was perfect absolutely flat calm so we thought we might pick up a few hounds rather then a bass. On the first cast i picked up a hound of average size gave a good fight though that was followed by another shortly after that brought the stand crashing down. Trojan then pick up a Gurnard in close and the last hound caught had line wrapped right around its body from a previous battle and its skin healed over the line. My guess is that it cracked off a hook knot and was left with line tightly wrapped which ended up in bedded under the skin over time. After a couple of snips of the scissors on the wrapped line he went back in perfect better then he came out.
