east coast ray and dogs

people: myself john alex caitlin and sarah

duration: 9 till 1

tide: out then in

bait: sand eel and mack

rigs: all sorts

results: ray dogs whiting and a pout

took my brother and sister out fishing for a few dogs last night cos they keep asking so i got all there gear sorted and we were away got to the beach around 9 and waited for john to get there with fresh mack and eels so set up the kids rods and cast out then i cast out my own rod and 5 min later i had a ray on :mrgreen: the kids rods never stoped all night with big dogs every cast they had me worn out but it was a good night all the same

Well done on the ray you caught 8) I bet they ask you to take them out with you again very soon because by the looks of things they had a great time. Great to see kids enjoying fishing so much.

ah ye the kids loved it they were buzzin all night ill have to get them out for hounds next they are not bad at the fishing poor john was blanking so he start casting were the kids were fishing and hooked a good ray but then he lost it :oops: :lol:
