wexford hounds 26/7/10

people me/ millbrooke and scout
tide high 8 ish
rigs pully's and flappers
bait lug /crab
time 8 till 1

results me 9 hounds 4 dogs, m/brooke 1 hound 5 dogs, scout 2 flounders and 2 dogs


things started very slow ,so slow that nothing happened till 10 .30
until i borrowed some crab from scout [thanks buddy] and stuck on
a pully rig and sent it out as far as i could ,it wasn't in the water
5 mins when the line started to scream off my reel :P and after a
nice little scrap hound. no 1 was on the beach 8) and thats the way
it stayed for next 2 hours .fish comming in nearly every cast, best
smoothie was 6 lb rest of the fish were between 4 and 5 lb
great night all round

roll on thursday see you then neil

good fishing gerry who needs bass when the smoothies are about , kinda fecked for this season but next year going to do a trip up and see what its all about 8)

the hounds are great and per lb much better scrapers
than bass but saying than i love me bass fishing :P :P
