Finding it hard !!

#1 Post by guinness12 »

Just reading about the successful Mullet catching in Strangford. Was in Dundrum Bay yesterday up to high tide loads of mullet but none interested in my offerings. Some sea trout about but was told they aren't hanging about, two caught up the Carrigs yesterday morning. Will have another go at Dundrum on Friday, hope to get round somewhere (don't know it well at all) on Strangford over the weekend. You never know. :D

Once you get them feeding it is fantastic fun. Watching the little blasters taking your bait and spit it out it as thrilling even if you don't land one. Once hooked they do kick up..... That being said they were nowhere to be seen near me in Clare last weekend
2009 - France, Italy, England, Scotland and Wales.....;-)
Edinburgh, Wasps, Castres, Harlequins, Munster and Leicester.......;-)
Now to add some fish:Cukoo,Ballan,Pollock,Coalie,Pouting,Conger, poor cod....mm needs more fish.. Mackerel, Dogie, Mullet Flounder...poor year so far....
