Lovely fish Ross, presume you got them off the slab and not the mackerel bashers point? I havent been up at that spot in a few weeks as the fishing until then had been quite slow, has the pollock situation improved at all yet?

Pete.

Mark - See 9. on South Clare Shore Marks.
The specific mark is the one over the last Arch.
Wrasse were taken on hard back crab - halved with shell removed.
Put hook through a leg socket and use elasticated thread to secure - wrasse are robbers!
Pollock slow but improving at Baltard Bay.

Might try and get up there on Sunday weather permitting. Havent used hardbacks before, usually use mussels or peeler for wrasse. Will give them a try if I can get my hands on any. Thanks for the info.

Pete
