Re: meath new pb
how the feck did you manage to break your leg?not football or gaa i hope!who is gonna catch all them bass now and keep plumbster on the straight and narrow
have you considered a humpa lumpa with a long snorkle and face mask ?or crutches with a few eyes taped on and a fixed spool might work ,eric could lend you his waders your leg would fit in them with the cast no bother

ha ha, some good ideas there roger, did it at rugby training, i think clogherhead peir is the only place id manage alltho at this time of the year it can be more dangerous than a rugby pitch.

Re: meath new pb
thats a big bummer man as well as painfull. a deckchair and your cast wrapped in clingfilm [just the bottom part] to stop sand from getting under and you should be well able to fish all you need is a caddy [someone to carry the gear]

Re: meath new pb
Nice flounder, sorry to hear about breaking your leg. I have had a problem with my foot for the last month - I have gone out fishing a couple of times when I thought it was better only to agrivate it again - it is so frustrating not been able to get out fishing so I know how you are feeling

Sorry to hear about your leg but at least a new PB is a good way to end the fishing for a while.
