Boat Competion 3 hook Rig

Hi lads can anyone give me tips on how to build a rig for competion boat fishing please
Hook size, trace length, snood length,distance between hooks ect .

You need to be a bit more specific either on venue or your target species as three hook rigs come in dozens of formats ie three up, three down, rigs for dogs, rigs for conger etc.

Rigs will vary greatly depending on venue, and target species. If you give a bit of background info it will help others to help you.
