Have come accross one in the grand canal dock on the way to work one morning, and also in the liffey below the East link bridge while rowing in a skiff race, also saw a guy drive off the dock in his car one lunch time just where the Old Butlers Chocolate building used to be on St. john Rogersons quay. Its all very unreal when it happens and best not dwelt upon.
