i fished there on saturday night for a few hours. only managed a tiny flat. i got a couple of very good knocks early on but couldnt connect whatever it was. the baits were coming back stripped after every knock.

nice pic too of the dog and the bass. if only my 2 would sit still when their at the beach. running round barking and swimming in the surf doesnt help when im fishing. dont bring them anymore cos of it.

another nice bass man 8) . those white retrivers are a great oul dog. our old fella sadly passed 2 years ago   . they have a great temprement and just pick a spot and lay there all night   . the mental mutt we have now would eat all your bait as soon as your back is turned and tries to bring back any fish we return to the surf if given the chance

About two years ago I was fishing there with one of the guys off this site, it was very calm and we were trying for turbot but he got a huss of about 5 or 6 lb, so they are occasionally there.
