youth consited of paul whelan, warren brown, chris feeney, myself and ryan williamson
juniors consisted of gavin fogarty, nathan collins, nial waters, alan turner and andrew ferguson
It’s the proudest day of my match angling career by far. This was also the first ever time Ireland has won a gold medal at junior and youth level.

Re: Any update from the lads @ Home Nations?
Congrats to the younger anglers. We couldnt catch a break at all on day 1 with some dodgy pegging and the beaches fishing nothing like the practise session we had not helping matters with every one of us finishing last in our zones. Day 2 we rallied somewhat and finished 2nd on the day. Even then, we were down on the luck somewhat with a dropped fish costing me second place and a last cast flurry bumping Conor from first place down to third. Such is life, next time.....

Fluff chucking is the new black..... Rampant Wreckfish is a fly angler in denial
