clones and ennereilly 26/6/10

#1 Post by fishingking »

first up was clones.there was a strong breeze fishing was nearly impossible off the rocks so we had to beach fish. the weed was coming in with the tide and no fish meant we had to move up to ennereilly. ennereilly looked perfect no wind,no rain, very warm, lovely surf, but no fish.it took nearly two hours to get the first monster of a dogfish.it weighed at least two pounds, but we wanted bass.two hours later we got the second dogfish very dissapointed.we had lug mac razor .we were even hoping for a smoothie or a ray because we saw somebody catch huge ray a few weeks ago.the people beside us only got one doggie and they were there all day.they had lug rag mac prawn razor and even tried a baby pollack as well as spinning still nothing.very bad fishing.
