Definitely a scad. Fair play. Nice few fish there. And a bag full of mack for bait and the supper. It doesn't get much better than that. 8)

Hi Gerry,
Great haul of fish, signs of a good summer's fishing ahead hopefully

Am I correct in thinking this spot has open ocean in casting distance?

hi Blackie, hopefully it will be a good summer,so far the year has been better to me then the last few years, the open ocean is a bit of a distance away but the water is deep at the mark

hi al great scrap from him,as soon as i got the bite i knew it was not a mackerel or pollack knew it was some thing new, hope you will get one soon
