Report-
I headed down this morning and dug about 200 Lug, a few Whites and Maddies, was planning on fishing Millisle, but decided to try and get some better quality fish at the standing stone, so i walked out the road with my seatbox rods and bucket and got set up. fishing was slow to start but after about 2 hours i managed a coalie on the Feathers, i soon got another one, i moved round to another part of the venues and fisrt cast i hooked a fish that seem a good fish, it pulled the rod and tripod down, i hit into it butt the lead wieght had got snagged, i think it was probably a nice Wrasse, but that i will never be sure, straight after i managed another Wrasse at about 8oz, a nice wee ballan, a lovely ligtht Brown colour, soon after i got a Corkwing and then anothe Wrasse at around 1.5lbs just over 43cm, i got a shanny after this and then on the final cast a nice wee red cod, still no sign of the Conger but that day will hopefully come!!!
