can someone give some info on duncannon beach,whats the fishing like,what bait works best and i hear it is good for digging black lug,any truth!?any info is much appreciated.thanks

It's a great little spot, down to the right under the fort. Have never dug bait there but the fishing is good, lots of flatties to rag & crab, with the odd bass.

only ever fished to the extreme right under the fort, I love the place, great grub in the pub on the corner too!!

class part of the world.. if i remember rightly there are some decent flats about as well.

there is no black lug on that beech ,
