Duration:19:30-01:30

Tide:HW at 01:33

Weather: Calm, no wind ,starry starry night....

Bait:rag, crab, squid

Rigs:Pulley Pennel & 2 hook flapper

Results:2 codling, 2 doggies & 1 Flounder




Report:

First time sea fishing this year. Got first codling at 22:00 and then nothing until 00:00 when bites came thick and fast. biggest codling was 27cm, flounder 24cm and 2 doggies about a 1lb. No sign of the silver fellas, but still enjoyed the calm night. might venture further south next time.........

nice codling fairplay .. i was just further south at five mile point and was overcome by dogfish all night but also landed 1 flattie an codling.. keep up the good work :wink:

fair play mate that beech never really lets me down i always seem to get a few fish off it
