Fished out of Helvic on sunday two of us out in two boats .Trip from 9.30.am/6.30pm. high water 4.30pm. Tried over rough ground first 2 pollack.Moved on to second rough gr mark no fish :lol: .Fished over wreck folia one of us anchored one on drift no good. Moved on to another mark closer to land in 70 ft of water caught a lot of pollack approx 30 average weight 3to4 lb no big ones and 8 codlin from 2lb to 4 lb.Bait used hawkeye lures. And 1 small whiting .Weather cond brillant sea cond verry good .Good to be out. Water temp 10deg. :lol:

Good Stuff!
Hoping to get down Hevlic way for a launch. It's been years since I was down there. Are there any bass showng in the bay?

Jim not any sign of them.I did not not fish for them yet.Might need to wait for mack to arrive.
