Homepage Change

I have installed Joomla so we can more easily add new comment to the site. It links to a lot of the old hand coded web pages, but a lot of these need to be updated! Also I want to integrate Joomla with phpbb so the same authentication database is used both for the Forums and for Joomla

This is work in progress so the content, look and feel may change in the next few weeks
