Hello there just signed up to sea angling ireland there, ive been fishing for the last year on and off so im a beginner, looking to do a bit of sea fishing, does anyone no is there anywhere in dublin that does days out or any lads that might have a boat, that would bring people out.

Welcome aboard :)

There are small self drive boats available for hire in Bullock harbour :wink: Some of the east coast lads will have more info for you and should be along here soon :wink:

Hi and welcome to the site.

Bulloch Harbour (In Dalky) have the self drive boats from May, 01-2806517. €20 per hour. Ask for Monica or Dolores. They are good people to deal with and will point you in the right direction.

If you want to go further try Howth Boats, operating from Howth. That appears to be your usual charter. I haven't tried them yet.

Based in Wicklow Harbour, 30 minutes by car south of Dublin, Wicklow Boat Hire provides a fleet of fully insured self drive 16 foot Orkney Longliners or similar, for sea angling and pleasure trips.

Insured to a cruise range of three miles from Wicklow Harbour, each vessel is fully equipped to include buoyancy aids (per person), folding anchor and thirty metres of rope, rescue throw line, lifebuoy, first aid kit, inshore flare kit, rowlocks and oars, bilge pump, and fire extinguisher.
