set of to this mark at about 6.30pm with saltydog.. arrived around 7.30 started fishing around 8pm.. weather was great sea was calm with little wind.. so we had talk about maybe this venue would throw up a few ray and maybe some other flatties,, and then in the dark some doggies..
not long into the session conor landed a nice flounder to about 24cm.. thighs where looking good so we set down for a good session,, but that was it not another fish till near the end when i save my blank with a doggie,, during the session we tried hard different baits, far out ,near , tried everything that we could think of but it did not happen.. at one stage i was sitting back on my tackle box looking up the all the falling stars and was thinking to myself please FISH GODS send me some fish..... it was a long night so we packed up about 3am with our tails between our legs and headed home...........sin sceal eile.. teid muid ag iascaiocht la eile.....
hopefully a lot of marks will liven up in the next 4 weeks
