People:Me and father

Duration:8 p.m. until 12

Tide:strong rising

Weather:Chilly

Bait:Lug

Rigs:Homemade

Results:2 Bass (schoolies), fair few flounder and codling




Report:Havent been out recently with the GAA starting back up but finally made time to go fish :D 8) 4 people already fishing when we arived.During the evening they got a fair amount of fishing. I hit the spot first with a my first Bass of 2010 being a schoolie 8) :mrgreen: For the rest of the night i was reasonably quiet with most of the fish being caught out far by daddy most of the time reeling in a full house. All in all a great way to kick off the bass season :D :D

God grant that I may live to fish, For another rainy day.
But when my final cast is made, I then most humbly pray.
When nestled in your landing net, As I lay peacefully asleep.
You'll smile at me and judge, That I'm "good enough to keep"!
