Hi, Can someone tell me something about this reel, and is it suitable to light
fishing from boats ( pollok, wrasse etc.) ? I shall be grateful for any advice

Not a good idea really unless you want to kill it fast, saltwater will corrode it in no time, this reel was designed as freshwater baitcaster - I would swap you a Slosh20 for it if you are interested, much better suited for your purpose.

So Abu Ambassadeur Classic C3 5501 is not intended to salt water, thank you for the information, I checked the daiwa slosh and it looks very promising, if someone has other suggestions please write.
I have about 100 euros to buy the reel so choice is very limited
