i had last year a Bass, ray and a few codling there. nothing special.
As nice it looks, not so much moving there. oh, and a big spidercrab...
aprox. 10 Sessions there... from the Rocks on the leften side u can
try, walk out and try spinning for pollack or wrasse.

cheers

I've tried it a few times. Great spot for mack when they're in. I've taken a few pollack off the rocks but it can be pretty hit and miss. I wouldn't spend too much time there as there are alot better marks around. Never tried for wrasse there. I've seen school bass being taken on feathers but it can get a bit crowded in the summer months.

ive fished from the rocks way up for mack a few times. tried puttin bait out where we were but it was VERY snaggy. i managed a few doggies but the guy with me had a pretty good cast and got rays a few times down there but its almost up towards the end of the headland on the other side if your looking across.

i was meant to try the estuary with another guy from here last hear but never got round to it. we reckoned it could be good for flats using lug and crab, but like i said, never tried it.

aye, there is a deep channel up the right hand side. about 15 yards from the tip of the sandbar. worth a try. there are lug on the flat sand too so something must come up there to eat them

Can be hit and miss in this area. Try the smaller tides rising in the evening. Had a nice specimen mullet their about two weeks ago
