NOT A GOOD DAY OUT.

#1 Post by Determined Dan »

HI all .i was out for a few hours today.sun splitting the stones ,the sea flat cam and crystal clear.was on a rock mark first but no joy.and then on a beach with other fisher men there to but no luck for any of us. BUT when i was on the rock mark ,it is disgraceful to see all the fishing gut ,empty fag boxes and empty packets of traces and beer cans.. i filled a plastic bag before i left and I'm sure there was more rubbish all over the place. its so easy to bring it home .and its nice to see a place clean and not ruined by laziness .pick it up keep it clean. sorry for going into a rant but this recked my head.

that's nothing man,,, wait until the weather warms up a bit :x :x :x :x and bins would make no difference to these people either.. we fish a pier mark in county antrim with 2 big bins no more than 15 feet from the end of the pier and anglers still just drop all the litter at thier feet    there have been times we have arrived for a summer evening session at it and you would think a bin lorry had emptied it's load on the pier with all the rubbish

Fair Play Dan, Good for you for cleaning up after others. I agree it is disgraceful how some people treat our shore line and beaches.
