Anyone have any info on the open on in Ballybrannigan with cloyne sac on the 21st of march?

hi rory .RE RNLI OPEN SHORE ,being run by cloyne sea angling club.
check in from 3 to 4 .fishing from 4.30 to 8.30 .BALLYBRANNIGAN.
high tide at 8.42pm.
