Anyone ever used one of these contraptions before? They seem big in the states but never seen anyone with one over here.

Youtube videos look pretty mad! Would love to try one some time off my local pier for the craic, see what's lurking in the depths below.

Never used one- looks like a complicated affair! I have seen some fishing programmes where they try to teach guys to use them in america to get bait fish and they end up in all sorts of un-holy messes.

Kind of verges on the poaching side for me. Where do you draw the line? You will be into Long lines next.... :P :P :wink:
