Mini Tackle

Some mutterings about celebrating the catch of under size fish....so time to even up the playing field.

Got this bad boy for my birthday 2 weeks ago.

Decided to hit bray Harbour for 2 hours before it got dark.
Thumb nail of mack on a 6 hook ledgered with 3 small bullets.
3 Codling, 2 whiting. What a battle.
It was some craic having to play a fish no bigger that your hand. Admitedly I broke it after about an hour and a half on a snag but it could have been a doggie you'd be surprised the casts it could do! I super glued it back together and wrestled pier crabs in Westport at the weekend.

Anyways, a bit of fun, would be better in the summer when there more mini's about a little wrasse would bend the thing over on itself! I might taking it piking to mess about with some perch.

not bad for a tenner delivered, and you get line on it :D :D

some craic with a 2lb pollack or a mullet on it i'd say
