Previous Post Showing Abu Reel

Morning all. I wanted to give my Abu's a service and clean. They are a bit sandy! Someone posted a link a while back with to a flash diagram of how the reels come apart and fit back together. For the life of me I can't find it! I was wondering if anybody here had posted the link or knows what I'm on about (granted I don't half the time). Or even a link to a smiler diagram. I don't really want to open them till I'm 100%. Thanks in advance.
