aldi are going to be selling neoprene fishing gloves on thursday 10th dec for 5.99euro has to be a bargain with the cold weather with us:wink:
the last ones i bought were 20ish :evil:

no they are for those who go out when others dare not :lol: they are a pain when baiting up but better than sticking hooks in your pinkys when they go blue and you cant even hold a hook or take off your old bait :x

Thanks John for your post re. gloves. I for one will be taking a look at these.
I tend to use neos all year round,the reason for this is that my main fishing area is more lumpy than a teenager
with acne,most of the rocks are covered in barnicles and even a slight drag of the knuckles on these
results in cuts that bleed for ages (good for gound bait though!!!)
I'm very lucky being able to fish 4-6 times a week mainly for Bass and really I think they are almost essential for handling Bass.
Anybody who has been sliced open by those feckin' gill covers will tell you its painfull.
I'm currently using Abu's but find them a bit to short.
Roll on thursday it's 3-4 pairs for me
