skee-tex essex inserts ,havnt gone out of shape ,havnt got holes in the heels and dont wrinkle up under the arch of your feet, start of my second winter wearing them well impressed 8) WARM FEET :D they fit most moon boots and have a reinforced heel best 28 yo yos spent in ages (was taking them off last night after a session and thought they deserve a review !)
