Sad to say that greystones have recently been ruined by the seafront projects, I was there twice over the last 2 weekends without even bothering to wet my line, the water clarity is appaling, won't be far off milked tea, closer to coffee today. Not happy with the condition, I headed straight to DLaoghaire & really surprise to see that the water was very clear. More importantly, managed to land a pollock to avoid the blank. Cheers!

Hi there - has anyone been to the steps area recently? Any idea on the water clarity? Any remarkable result recently? I can't be sitting at home for the 4 consecutive weekends, can I :x. Many thanks.

Well worth a bash down at the gannons, we had a club comp on the beach in December and there was codling to 4lbs caught. Not loads but a few really nice ones over 40cms
