south wexford flounder

#1 Post by mitch »

People me and me buddy
Tide high and dropping
Bait crab /lug
Rigs 3 hook flappers to 1 hook pullys
result 11 flounder to 42 cm
Time 11 to 5 pm

Conditions were not great s/east wind all day made water very choppy  a little to much diturbance First 2 hrs very slow .as Channel started to show fish came on [SLOWLY]
best of the fishing between 3 and 5 pm . All fish took lug not 1 on crab,There was a fair bit of weed
but it did stay dry which was great, pity about wind im sure it didn't help the fishing
Also i thing temperture is to high at moment we need some frosty mornings
