Re: HELP NEEDED AGAIN LADS
Bokofinn- Not familiar with you territory there at all. Each beach fishes different ie some will work well with a big surf and some will not produce. Noramll if there are large tables between each wave beaches can produce. Failing that do what I do and launch a big bait over the swell as far as you can.
As for gear I have two rods- a 12ft soft beach caster and a 13ft stiff powerhouse. Both serve different purposes. My advise would be to start off with a softer rod and fixed spool reel
Sorry mate but there is no quick fix for you problem. trial and error is the best thing. Keep a diary of progress and events.

Re: HELP NEEDED AGAIN LADS
alright mate. my best advice is to use size 4 hooks, long snoods (2ft) try with and without beads and lob it about 20-30 yards into the surf. try lug and rag tipped with mackerel or squid. u might be surprised at what is right at your fight
