pity bout the weather.was at clonea and couldnt hold ground the other day.it would be a good idea to contact one of the lads above you mentioned.
rockhunter -frank from cork, very helpful and has spent alot of time in ardmore area this year with huge success.man puts in the time and knows the marks so so well. sound man.don t go swimming with him though.!
shoreking- [think he s better known as "weirdy" ] , from dungarvan, hes a trout guide in co.tipperary . funny man ,great crack- not a sea fisherman though.he would tell you that himself.
cortez-arthur daly [art] from dungarvan. becoming a bass fishing celebraty, ironically .set you straight for sure .good crack also ,he knows everything going on in the area and everyone.

Thanks for the comments - but I am just a novice compared to somebody like Cortaz.

Send me a PM before you head down, I should be able to meet up with you. If you are going to the Ardmore area again those beaches tend to fish best on a rising tide in darkness with a big surf and strong tides. But I know of a few beaches a bit further away that will produce bass on an ebbing tide with just a moderate surf.
