Anyone fish Bangor habour Co Down.

hi does anyone fish or have fished Bangor habour could you let me know if there is any fish being caught there . thinking of bringing the kid down for a few hours over the weekend cheers thanks for your help. :mrgreen:

If you're after safe fishing take kid down to the platform, there shoud be a few whiting and stuff about. Plus no danger of falling in.

Other option is Donaghadee, the end of the pier is completely railed and there's plenty of fish about it too.

Cheers mate , yes just looking somewhere handy (live in belfast) and safe to bring the kid for a few hours he is mad into his fishing (only 6) i cannot bring him to the usual places i fish as its to dangerous .cheers again.
