People: Tommy Danny and JW

Duration: 0900-1730

Tide: spring

Weather: gentle swell, very light breeze, slow drift

Bait: mackerel

Rigs: wire traces, 3 hook pats

Results: whiting, including 3lb 6oz specimen, haddock and three blues the best one was TL194,
around 50 pound

Report: luke the skipper pulled up a specimen whiting 3lb 6oz on the first drop, i kept at them
most of the day still couldn't get a specimen. The slick was set at 11, the first blue showed at 2:30,
water temp is a bit down 14C, but the sharks are still around.

OWNER SUPER MUTU HOOKS 11/0 seemed to work well, it didnt frighten the small blues

Hi lads!
Guess John covered everything that happened that day. I think we can say that we caught two blues in total (other two counts only as a half of the shark ;) ). I'm quite happy with my first ever caught haddock :D (please don't laugh).
On the picture you can see Danny with his shark - poor guy had a hard time on the boat but at least he got a photo with shark so he's got bragging rights.
