10lb Bass at Inch 23-04-2004

#1 Post by SeanP »

Fished with BigCol today at Inch from low water to high water (5pm) using mainly frozen sandeel, Mackeral and some Razorfish.

Prospects looking good as Colm launches out a sandeel

Perfect! away she goes!

This is the first sign of trouble, that approaching wave is going to give Colm soggy wellies for the rest of the day! and what is that black thing in the surf?

Here's the answer and Colm is going to have a word! 3 miles that way, one mile that way and you have to ruin my fishin!

Surfers and soggy feet were soon forgotten when Colm connected with this superb 10lb Bass

Another black thing in the surf! some real clown decided to take a blast down the beach and take to the water only to be swamped by the surf!

A great days fishing and entertainment even though I managed a blank (again)

First of all thanks to sean for humping all the gear down the beach due to my gammy ankle. The fish was taken with sandeel on a pulley rig with 20lb amnesia.Needless to say that I am dead chuffed. My personal best by 3 1/2 lbs. :D :D :D
