anyone fished up this side lately - will be near here for most of the week coming - probably get out one of the evenings after work

any place near by to dig a bit of lug

Hello Frank. Your nearest lug (that i know of) will be Killala Harbour. Never fished Belderrig but have scouted it, its all awkward rock marks, my knees are too rusty for that now! Those in my locality (Ballycastle) who sometimes fish it report plenty of wrasse pollock ling conger etc, and I'm told monsters are being pulled from the channel out at Horse Island (see O/S map). But its a fair hike from the nearest parking place. You'll get full info at the pub in the "village".

sorry never got back lads

took the easy option and tried portacloy - beautiful spot

fish nearly every cast - but nothing worth talking about - was on the beach

that was on the monday and was washed out working for the rest of the week that i didnt fancy it in the evening - so took to the bar instead!
