Rod storage

#1 Post by jonnyM »

Just wondering what the best way to store rods is. I recently got a pair of ppt sidewinders and I keep them in my attic. Is this alright or could it do damage to the rods (Damp etc.). Cheers

Your attic shouldn't be damp. Unless your roof is leaking, the attic will hve some natural ventilation and with heat rising - even with insulation, it will be dry up there. If you have any doubts at all, you could spray wd40 on a rag and wipe the rods down with it before you put them to bed.
