South Beach Greystones Stream - Ballygannon - Point 8/9/09

Sunny, light W breeze, calm:

Mackerel, Squid, Smelt, pilchard oil dressing every so often, spinning Fin-S Fish:

2 hook flapper, spinning with 3 swanshot up the line:

3 LSDoggies usual, 1 Schoolie 42cm, all returned:




I wanted to try out a new rod, which worked fine.

I stopped and fished four locations in the length of it.
The bait pulled the doggies, no worm or crab bait with me.
The 5" Fin-S Fish did the biz with the bass. That's one of my favourite all purpose lures. If I hadn't also been spinning around the area of operations it likely would have been doggies only.:
