Haven’t fished Union Hall in years but dogs off the pier.

Courtmac is a flounder and bass venue. With crab the best bait.

Mullet from the pier using fish liver.

Do a search on the site there are some reports in here

Lumpy is the West Cork Pro.

a bit late now but if you walk along the coastal woods and fish from the rocks along the way you might do ok! the bass swim this tidal run. you can see them when the water is clear moving in on the rising tide in large numbers, well my experience in the month of august and can't recall more than that as it was 2 years ago and i was blown away by the monster bass i hooked on the lug i had just dug, on a spinning rod too!!
give it a shot when you come in from the boat.
