Are all roller boatrods designed to be used with mono or can u get away with using braid ?

the problem with some rollers is they are too big and they let the braid get caught behind them resulting in snapped braid and possibly lost fish.

All roller rods are for mono, dacron, or wire, not braid because it gets stuck down bewteen the roller and the frame and the braid snaps, the exception is rods that are built using aftco braid rollers.
