2lb 6oz specimen 3 beard ( specimen weight 1.75lb ) , caught on a conger trace on poolbeg !

great fish boycie you wont come accross many that size

brings back memories for me :wink: had a specimen a tad smaller back in 1997 :mrgreen: havent seen any come close since.

cheers lads it the 1st one from that spot ! but we have had 7 in the past 2 years from anohter spot but its no good this year ! all of the other 7 werefrom 1.75lb to 2lb 3oz all specimen fish ! this is my biggest . all those specimens and only got my scales certified this year :evil:
