#1 Post by edgar »

Got day off on thursday, so decided to go for my first night pluging session. Convinced one of my friends to go with me. We arrived at the mark 11-30 pm. Conditions were very nice: light breeze, nice and warm. Moon was so bright that we didn't need any head lights. After 20min or so fishing, my friend got first bass Few min later i got lucky. Things were looking up, but sadly that was the only action of the night. Both fish were around 50cm; released to fight another day.Finished fishing around 1-30am. Got to bed 3am, got up again at 7-30am and went back to catch ebbing tide. Arrived at the mark but conditions worsened since. There was quiet alot of weed floating around and strong sw wind. There wasn't much fish movement in the water. After few hours of pluging managed to get 4 in the total, but 2 of them were not much bigger then the plug itself  , the other 2 around 50cm mark. All fish released. Good few hours of hard fishing rewarded by 5 bass, maybe not bad result after all.

Hi, Arthur, there were quite few fish around, I got 6 followups, but they just won't hit the plug. I must get them small feed shallows :D
Hi, Patrick, it was nice meeting u. I'm trying to persuade my wife that I need new rod for pluging. I heard Sakura Shukan droped on price. U might send me a pm on how much u can get them for.
